1. For white accounts with a down payment of 20%, a down payment of 0.50% will be given, and the remaining balance can be spread over five years. 2. Those who pay more than 30% down payment in installments can only borrow up to 1.50%, depending on the hardware conditions (some customers are basically unable to do so because they require a down payment of 4.50%).
